Looks like there are several options for fall. Here's a couple that catch my attention:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-QRfc99ZPYM8/VdEgnBJQG1I/AAAAAAAAB5Y/eInicMIMLG4/s1600/RtA%2BDenim%2Bjacket.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="272" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-QRfc99ZPYM8/VdEgnBJQG1I/AAAAAAAAB5Y/eInicMIMLG4/s400/RtA%2BDenim%2Bjacket.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
Here is a denim jacket with near classic styling of a jean jacket. This is the RtA Denim Jacket. What do you think of the pintuck detailing? What do you think of the zipper closure and the zipper cuffs? Regular price is $575.00. Right now it is marked down to $400.00. The pintucking wouldn't be too hard to accomplish. Just need to do the pintucking before cutting the sections out. Remember to match the fronts It would require extra length. A sander could be used for the rough detailing.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-iQzQZI88l8Y/VdEi9AL5FDI/AAAAAAAAB5k/35w-dmybT_I/s1600/Co%2BDenim%2BJacket.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="260" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-iQzQZI88l8Y/VdEi9AL5FDI/AAAAAAAAB5k/35w-dmybT_I/s400/Co%2BDenim%2BJacket.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
What do you think of this interesting take on a jean jacket? A little more feminine look with the cinched just above the waist and little bit of peplum. This jacket is by Co and the retail price is $470.00. I think if you shortened a standard jean jacket pattern and then drafted a peplum section you would come close to this look.<br />
<br />
If you want a closer look at either on of these jackets, hop over to <a href="http://www.neimanmarcus.com/" target="_blank">Neiman Marcus</a> and search for the company and jacket name.<br />
<br />
Need a jean jacket pattern? Try this pattern:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-qNcoX8FLYSg/VdEkvMqOmJI/AAAAAAAAB5w/EKOXYpkFYj4/s1600/SDG134.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-qNcoX8FLYSg/VdEkvMqOmJI/AAAAAAAAB5w/EKOXYpkFYj4/s320/SDG134.jpg" width="207" /></a></div>
<br />
This is the <a href="https://www.etsy.com/listing/179710281/the-jordan-jacket-pattern-sdg-134?ref=shop_home_active_2&ga_search_query=jacket" target="_blank">Jordan Jacket</a> pattern by Serendipity Studios. It is pretty much a standard jean style jacket. Use the link and go check it out. Remember your jean jacket can be as plain or fancy as you want it. Denim, linen, faux suede....no problem. Faux leather...why not?<br />
<br />
Need more inspiration? Hope over to youtube and look up the Silhouette Patterns #900 Carol's Jacket. There is a ton of information on making changes to a jean jacket pattern Obviously, this video is geared toward Silhouette Patterns jean jacket pattern.<br />

Hope your inspired to make something wonderful!<br />

Here is a little wallet pattern and a small bag pattern. <br />

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-8I6LVCBV8nw/Va6_VW5FaFI/AAAAAAAAB2w/JLQ5QotNYoc/s1600/burberry%2Bprorsum%2Btrench.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-8I6LVCBV8nw/Va6_VW5FaFI/AAAAAAAAB2w/JLQ5QotNYoc/s400/burberry%2Bprorsum%2Btrench.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
This is the Burberry Prorsum trench coat and you really should head over to Neiman Marcus and check out the details. This coat is suede and only retails for $7,500.00. Yes, this is one of those items that you could duplicate if you chose. Here's the back detail:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cMp64f4Gszc/Va7AA_NJrOI/AAAAAAAAB24/V2PrB5NuvrA/s1600/burberry%2Bprorsum%2Btrench%2Bback.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cMp64f4Gszc/Va7AA_NJrOI/AAAAAAAAB24/V2PrB5NuvrA/s320/burberry%2Bprorsum%2Btrench%2Bback.jpg" width="256" /></a></div>
<br />
What do you think of the fringe? I suppose that the fringe is the big trend item. I'm not sure how I feel about the fringe for myself but it is certainly a fun detail. This looks like a fairly classic trench coat and the only one I can think of that is an exact duplicate of the Burberry trench (with cup sizing added of course) is the <a href="http://silhouettepatterns.com/html/patterns/p_1925.htm" target="_blank">Barbara's Trench by Silhouette Patterns</a>:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3HlS67TZtl4/Va7BOz2bOUI/AAAAAAAAB3E/7IkKODngQzY/s1600/silhouette%2Btrench.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3HlS67TZtl4/Va7BOz2bOUI/AAAAAAAAB3E/7IkKODngQzY/s320/silhouette%2Btrench.jpg" width="263" /></a></div>
<br />
The pattern maker stated that she actually duplicated a Burberry Trench for this pattern. What about the fringe? Well, Peggy at Silhouette Patterns has done a couple of videos this summer on how to add the fringe. Hope on over to the Silhouette Patterns youtube channel and check out it out.<br />
<br />
Hope you inspired to make something beautiful for yourself.<br />

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZarDbsoGFg4/Vae9ZSPgIaI/AAAAAAAAB1M/4XDSWG7q2nM/s1600/Gucci%2BLeather%2BCoat.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZarDbsoGFg4/Vae9ZSPgIaI/AAAAAAAAB1M/4XDSWG7q2nM/s320/Gucci%2BLeather%2BCoat.jpg" width="256" /></a></div>
<br />
This is the Gucci Leather Single-breasted Coat. I just love it! However, I don't love the price which is $5,600.00. I wonder how many skins it would take to recreate this lovely coat. I suppose you don't really need to use skins a faux leather of some type would probably be just fine. Here's a pattern that would give a similar look:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-gRKMLHHYCp8/Vae-h1-a7gI/AAAAAAAAB1U/Y1QGJFZa4ZI/s1600/SDG141.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-gRKMLHHYCp8/Vae-h1-a7gI/AAAAAAAAB1U/Y1QGJFZa4ZI/s400/SDG141.jpg" width="262" /></a></div>
<br />
This is the <a href="https://www.etsy.com/listing/222392637/dakota-duster-pattern-sdg-141?ref=shop_home_active_6" target="_blank">Dakota Duster by Serendipity Studio</a>. It would give a similar look to the inspiration coat and faux suede is listed as one of the fabrics. <br />
<br />
Let's move on the jacket under the coat:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-JeY7hQ0USQw/VafAmNKcKHI/AAAAAAAAB1s/s6m6PEnYzGA/s1600/Kaleidsoscope%2BLight%2BWool%2Bsingle-breasted%2Bblazer%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-JeY7hQ0USQw/VafAmNKcKHI/AAAAAAAAB1s/s6m6PEnYzGA/s400/Kaleidsoscope%2BLight%2BWool%2Bsingle-breasted%2Bblazer%2B3.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
Doesn't this look like a classic blazer pattern? I don't think that it is really a classic jacket but it certainly looks nice. This is the Gucci Kaleidoscope Light Wool Single-Breasted Blazer. Price tag: $1750.00. Here's a similar jacket:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-3UbO1Z7gDow/VafCUihuNSI/AAAAAAAAB18/p4fvm2lqj9g/s1600/K3715.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-3UbO1Z7gDow/VafCUihuNSI/AAAAAAAAB18/p4fvm2lqj9g/s400/K3715.jpg" width="378" /></a></div>
This is <a href="http://kwiksew.mccall.com/k3715-products-20249.php?page_id=5572" target="_blank">Kwik Sew 3715</a>. This is a classic lined blazer pattern. The difference I see between the inspiration photo and the Kwik Sew pattern is the lapel is slightly different and the pockets are lower. Let's move to the pants: <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-IUEsVbZFydo/VafEKOvne5I/AAAAAAAAB2M/Ytbeq4-7F14/s1600/Kaleidoscope%2BWool%2B1960s%2BSkinny%2BPant%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-IUEsVbZFydo/VafEKOvne5I/AAAAAAAAB2M/Ytbeq4-7F14/s400/Kaleidoscope%2BWool%2B1960s%2BSkinny%2BPant%2B2.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
This is the Gucci Kaleidoscope Wool 1960s skinny pant. These pants have a 7" leg opening. Price tag: $795.00. Here's a pattern that would give you a similar look:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-LZoEQxOJyEg/VafFijdV45I/AAAAAAAAB2Y/miO3IMjE-Uo/s1600/cp1019-clover-cover-med.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-LZoEQxOJyEg/VafFijdV45I/AAAAAAAAB2Y/miO3IMjE-Uo/s400/cp1019-clover-cover-med.png" width="266" /></a></div>
<br />

<br />
How about this fun little Baby Twist quilt? The quilt size is 57" x 57". I want to make this cute little almost a pin wheel quilt. Maybe it's time for me to start a stash of baby quilts for the future.<br />

Mother Nature can be cruel sometimes. I was just starting to enjoy my flowers. I suspect everyone is as ready for sometime as I am. Here's some wonderful patterns to get creative with:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-EayIw_823v4/VRGPnOYZG8I/AAAAAAAABy8/7AlLtqoRmWk/s1600/SDG-133.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-EayIw_823v4/VRGPnOYZG8I/AAAAAAAABy8/7AlLtqoRmWk/s1600/SDG-133.jpg" height="320" width="205" /></a></div>
<br />
This lovely little wrap dress is <a href="https://www.etsy.com/listing/183445438/the-ramona-wrap-dress-pattern-sdg-133?ref=shop_home_active_16&ga_search_query=serendipity" target="_blank">Ramona Wrap Dress</a> pattern by Serendipity Studio. This design has a generous overlap with a tie closure. Great for beginners. Make it up cottons, heavy silks, rayons, and/or linen.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-BdLwRmAVb5k/VRGRlxisLLI/AAAAAAAABzI/WzeJyBdL_8E/s1600/BSS156.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-BdLwRmAVb5k/VRGRlxisLLI/AAAAAAAABzI/WzeJyBdL_8E/s1600/BSS156.jpg" height="320" width="236" /></a></div>

Great for those hot days! You can make it loose and casual no zipper version or make it more tailored by adding the darts for a more fitted dress. Either way, you can make some great dresses. Like the dress and want more variations? Try this add-on pattern:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Here's some jacket inspiration:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-A2TsUzhqVJk/VO4jrvfFXaI/AAAAAAAABxc/xihj4XNPZ9I/s1600/Lafayette%2BJacket.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-A2TsUzhqVJk/VO4jrvfFXaI/AAAAAAAABxc/xihj4XNPZ9I/s1600/Lafayette%2BJacket.jpg" height="320" width="256" /></a></div>

This is the Open Front Linen Cocoon Coat by Eskandar This coat is made from a semi-sheer linen/nylon blend fabric, has a V neckline, open front, and 3/4 length sleeves. Price tag: $940.00. This can be found at neimanmarcus.com. Just search for the name. I'm not so sure that you need a pattern for making this. Peggy Sagers did a webcast on creating a cape which isn't too different than this coat. It looks like the difference in her cape and cocoon coat is the side seam. You can see this information at silhouettepatterns.com, click on past webcasts, and click on Great EZ Fall Accessories. This information can also be found in the Third Season of Fit 2 Stitch.<br />

<br />
This is the Fisher Project Terry Half-Sleeve Cape by Eileen Fisher. This is a raw edge cape made from terry. This little cape looks very much like the one that Peggy Sager's makes in the reference webcast above. Price tag: $338.00. I definitely love the look but find curves challenging. Here is a presser foot that will help with the curves:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-K9rUNwBYh9k/VOs9ga35L5I/AAAAAAAABxE/1shF9ws_NCc/s1600/CM008.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-K9rUNwBYh9k/VOs9ga35L5I/AAAAAAAABxE/1shF9ws_NCc/s1600/CM008.jpg" height="320" width="197" /></a></div>
<br />
This is the <a href="https://www.etsy.com/listing/206639167/14-curve-master-presser-foot-cm08-curve?" target="_blank">1/4" Curve Master Presser Foot</a>. It allows sewing a 1/4" seam on a curve without pinning. How great is that? It comes with adaptors for most home machines. Bernina machines will require a Bernina shank adaptor. <br />

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jgnA7UwFB3g/VNEb3UY8nrI/AAAAAAAABuk/aLBuEnlu_dw/s1600/pleated%2Bskirt.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jgnA7UwFB3g/VNEb3UY8nrI/AAAAAAAABuk/aLBuEnlu_dw/s1600/pleated%2Bskirt.jpg" height="320" width="224" /></a></div>
<br />
Isn't this lovely skirt? Light and airy. This is the Nutmeg Latte Skirt from ModCloth. Only $49.99. Go check it out. It is available in three colors. Don't like the colors? Make your own using this pattern:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pg3KG7nDoQM/VNEc_e3qeaI/AAAAAAAABu0/lQqLOilVIiA/s1600/cp1027-zinnia-01-large%5B1%5D.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pg3KG7nDoQM/VNEc_e3qeaI/AAAAAAAABu0/lQqLOilVIiA/s1600/cp1027-zinnia-01-large%5B1%5D.jpg" height="320" width="213" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
Looks a lot like the inspiration photo, doesn't it? Remember gathers can be pleated instead or remain gathers. This is the <a href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/Zinnia-skirt-pattern-CP1027-Colette-patterns-/380722536833?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item58a4d4e181" target="_blank">Zinnia Skirt</a> pattern by Colette Patterns. So, go get a some wonderful lightweight fabric and have some fun. Don't forget the lining fabric.<br />

Here are the two hot pads patterns:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/--l4mGORlcP0/VNTyQpUX3wI/AAAAAAAABvI/QRvZI3mqR8s/s1600/PEP101.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/--l4mGORlcP0/VNTyQpUX3wI/AAAAAAAABvI/QRvZI3mqR8s/s1600/PEP101.jpg" height="320" width="245" /></a></div>
<br />
This is the <a href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/Round-Folded-Star-Hot-Pad-PEP101-PlumEasy-Patterns-/380880201678?ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT" target="_blank">Round Folded Star</a> pattern. This pattern comes with directions, measurements, and 1 interfacing template.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pnPKn0j7LEs/VNTyRGTlm6I/AAAAAAAABvQ/Qofs70ddHko/s1600/PEP102.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pnPKn0j7LEs/VNTyRGTlm6I/AAAAAAAABvQ/Qofs70ddHko/s1600/PEP102.jpg" height="320" width="244" /></a></div>
<br />
This is the <a href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/Square-Folded-Star-Hot-Pad-PEP102-PlumEasy-Patterns-/191046357581?ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT" target="_blank">Square Folded Star</a> pattern. This pattern comes with directions, measurements, and 1 interfacing template.<br />
<br />
This can be very addicting. It is a satisfying little project and doesn't take a lot of time. You might even be able to use some of the stash or leftover scraps. That's a win-win, isn't it? Since it so addicting, I also have available extra interfacing templates:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-0JXBm8FB_Ao/VNTz8YV9BaI/AAAAAAAABvo/3N1MIhWSFZo/s1600/PEP201.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-0JXBm8FB_Ao/VNTz8YV9BaI/AAAAAAAABvo/3N1MIhWSFZo/s1600/PEP201.jpg" height="320" width="244" /></a></div>
<br />
This is the 3-pack of <a href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hot-Pad-Interfacing-Templates-3-pack-PEP201-Plum-Easy-Patterns-/381057362788?ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT" target="_blank">Interfacing Templates</a>. It works with either the round or the square pattern. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-acCFSvY4np8/VNT0LJ0dnyI/AAAAAAAABvw/LXM2YVF5l_Q/s1600/PEP202.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-acCFSvY4np8/VNT0LJ0dnyI/AAAAAAAABvw/LXM2YVF5l_Q/s1600/PEP202.jpg" height="320" width="238" /></a></div>
<br />
This is the 12-pack of <a href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hot-Pad-Interfacing-Templates-12-pack-PEP202-Plum-Easy-Patterns-/380967619796?ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT" target="_blank">Interfacing Templates</a>. Some interfacing as the 3-pack, just a larger quantity for the addicted. For those who don't mind drawing there own templates, I have this:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-efC7JK-T7XM/VNT2DHZ1T5I/AAAAAAAABv8/Q5P7kdJK-70/s1600/PEP205.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-efC7JK-T7XM/VNT2DHZ1T5I/AAAAAAAABv8/Q5P7kdJK-70/s1600/PEP205.jpg" height="320" width="276" /></a></div>
<br />
It's the <a href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/Folded-Star-Stencil-PEP205-Plumeasy-Patterns-/191294472804?ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT" target="_blank">Folded Star Stencil</a>. This is a clear acrylic stencil which will allow you to create the perfect 8-point stars in five sizes ranging from 3 1/2" to 8". With the template, you might be interested in the interfacing:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-hNGq1M6gE_I/VNT2yKa1DyI/AAAAAAAABwE/rYePWn7rFww/s1600/PEP204.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-hNGq1M6gE_I/VNT2yKa1DyI/AAAAAAAABwE/rYePWn7rFww/s1600/PEP204.jpg" height="320" width="250" /></a></div>

The first <a href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/Folded-Star-Hot-Pad-fabric-kit-/191503998873?ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT" target="_blank">fabric kit</a> has a summery feel to it. The cold, winter weather has me looking toward spring.<br />

I need one of these next to my machines and on my ironing board. Another great way to use up some stash or scraps.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-MBIqZ8nDlPk/VNT5ZBmKV-I/AAAAAAAABwk/K5VNlZ6H_bM/s1600/PEP203.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-MBIqZ8nDlPk/VNT5ZBmKV-I/AAAAAAAABwk/K5VNlZ6H_bM/s1600/PEP203.jpg" height="320" width="242" /></a></div>

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-XF0yo-57N34/VL_x6tRR5PI/AAAAAAAABuI/kAb1ap5hcnU/s1600/4112265413764_011_b.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-XF0yo-57N34/VL_x6tRR5PI/AAAAAAAABuI/kAb1ap5hcnU/s1600/4112265413764_011_b.jpg" height="320" width="213" /></a></div>
<br />
This cute little springy top is very feminine with tucks and cotton lace trim. Price tag: $78.00. It doesn't specifically state that the fabric is a woven and a knit but it sure looks like it to me. I kinda like the idea of mixing the two fabrics. To see a close up of the details, go to anthropology.com and search for Rae Pintuck Tunic.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-M0uEK5HZB_M/VL_zw3q6GxI/AAAAAAAABuU/hbhHD4Fj2ro/s1600/SLN-123%2Bcombo.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-M0uEK5HZB_M/VL_zw3q6GxI/AAAAAAAABuU/hbhHD4Fj2ro/s1600/SLN-123%2Bcombo.jpg" height="246" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
This is the <a href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/Aida-Top-pattern-SL123-Sew-Liberated-/191275156648?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2c88e344a8" target="_blank">Aida Top</a> pattern by Sew Liberated. This top would translate very well into the Anthropology top. You could even mix two fabrics like the inspiration piece. For the tucks, you will want to first decide how many tucks you want on each side of the front. Cut the fabric into a piece large that you can stitch your tucks and then lay out the pattern piece. This will be better to cut the two fronts separately. You can add any additional trims on at this time also. Stitch up the top following the pattern instructions, then add the final trim pieces to the neckline. <br />
<br />
Hope your inspired to create something beautiful.<br />

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-xzPScRVt91A/VLqZhnafZHI/AAAAAAAABtI/EZG8xEQzWBU/s1600/Pink%2BEileen.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-xzPScRVt91A/VLqZhnafZHI/AAAAAAAABtI/EZG8xEQzWBU/s1600/Pink%2BEileen.jpg" height="320" width="256" /></a></div>
<br />
This is a very relaxed version of the shirtdress. This Eileen Fisher dress is made from a linen/viscos/spandex fabric, with a spread collar, button-front, 3/4 length sleeves with split cuffs, and patch pockets. Price tag: $338.00. For a closer view, go to neimanmarcus.com and search for "Linen Viscose Stretch Shirtdress, Gingerpink".<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-p2iBZbArFrI/VLqakFRIZFI/AAAAAAAABtQ/vr2nRYOvnRs/s1600/denim%2Beileen.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-p2iBZbArFrI/VLqakFRIZFI/AAAAAAAABtQ/vr2nRYOvnRs/s1600/denim%2Beileen.jpg" height="320" width="256" /></a></div>
This version of the shirtdress is also from Eileen Fisher. It has a spread collar with a hidden snap front, long sleeves with barrel cuffs, and in-seam welt pockets. The material is a tencel/cotton. Price tag: $218.00. If you want a closer look, go to neimanmarcus.com and search for "Denim Long-Sleeve Dress with Pockets".<br />
<br />
Here's the line drawing of a pattern that is similar to the above shirtdresses:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-e5j81M7VhDU/VLruXuPHTXI/AAAAAAAABtg/Z22OPwXhp7k/s1600/V8903.gif" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-e5j81M7VhDU/VLruXuPHTXI/AAAAAAAABtg/Z22OPwXhp7k/s1600/V8903.gif" height="129" width="320" /></a></div>
This is <a href="http://voguepatterns.mccall.com/v8903-products-46644.php?page_id=857" target="_blank">Vogue 8903.</a> View C is a likely candidate with the length from View B. <br />
<br />
Here's another option:<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-A5o-ziIcUX0/VLrwEaG7urI/AAAAAAAABt0/L9QgfhbynWE/s1600/2246_fbv(1).jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-A5o-ziIcUX0/VLrwEaG7urI/AAAAAAAABt0/L9QgfhbynWE/s1600/2246_fbv(1).jpg" height="320" width="222" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
This is <a href="http://www.simplicity.com/p-5936-misses-miss-petite-sportswear.aspx#t-2" target="_blank">Simplicity 2246.</a> This pattern has the hemlines from both of the inspiration dresses. View A easily duplicates the pink stretch shirtdress. View A with the hemline from View B could work as the denim shirtdress. The detail I couldn't find anywhere was the princess seaming on the denim shirtdress. However, I do think it is doable to recreate using a French curve. Don't forget to add your seams.<br />
<br />
Happy Stitching!<br />

Here's a skirt to think about:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-dxI7EGJdCU8/VLqBwY24leI/AAAAAAAABsk/3-RFlcrfp-I/s1600/whit%2Ba-line%2Bskirt.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-dxI7EGJdCU8/VLqBwY24leI/AAAAAAAABsk/3-RFlcrfp-I/s1600/whit%2Ba-line%2Bskirt.jpg" height="320" width="256" /></a></div>
<br />
This cute little skirt is by Adam Lippes. This is a A-Line skirt with snaps. This skirt has a high-waisted, welt pockets, and snap closure. It is made from a wool/acetate/viscose material with a cotton lining. Price tag: $850.00. To see this skirt, got to neimanmarcus.com and search for "A-line skirt with snaps". Looks like a very nice wearable skirt. Wouldn't it look nice in a light weight denim?<br />
<br />
Here are a couple of pattern options for the skirt:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ZEJj4VT-XQw/VLqDmh9L9SI/AAAAAAAABsw/Esmsiwx55qM/s1600/1005-cover-full.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ZEJj4VT-XQw/VLqDmh9L9SI/AAAAAAAABsw/Esmsiwx55qM/s1600/1005-cover-full.jpg" height="320" width="186" /></a></div>
<br />
The <a href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/Beignet-skirt-pattern-CP1005-Colette-patterns-/380602765143?ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT" target="_blank">Beignet Skirt pattern </a>has the high waist and the button front. The shaping is a little bit different than the inspiration skirt but would certainly work. How about the welt pockets? Here's an easy tutorial on making <a href="http://silhouettepatterns.com/html/features/tips/weltstrip.htm" target="_blank">welt pockets</a> at Silhouette Patterns. You'll need to determine placement.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-2mu7mb6AUs0/VLqFGYx7MzI/AAAAAAAABs4/usorhOdoxck/s1600/1016-cover-med.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-2mu7mb6AUs0/VLqFGYx7MzI/AAAAAAAABs4/usorhOdoxck/s1600/1016-cover-med.jpg" height="320" width="187" /></a></div>
<br />
The <a href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ginger-skirt-pattern-C1016-Colette-patterns-/380711728485?ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT" target="_blank">Ginger Skirt</a> pattern is a high-waisted, A-line skirt. It has the correct shape for the inspiration but needs the button-front and welt pockets. You can use the same tutorial for the welt pockets that is in the first skirt. Adding the button front is a fairly easy. Here's a tutorial on moving the zipper opening in the back of a dress to a button opening in the front - <a href="http://www.sewmamasew.com/2013/08/button-front-cambie-dress-tutorial/" target="_blank">Button Front.</a><br />
<br />
So as you can see, with a little work, you can make a fantastic skirt for far less than the designer version.<br />
<br />

I haven't really started yet at my house. My living room is almost completely bare waiting on new furniture to arrive. However, I can ideas as the furniture is suppose to arrive this week. Here's a few interesting ideas:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-bysNoJ1yfrU/VCscGOUMLLI/AAAAAAAABrA/OsusZkZzaHo/s1600/Hot%2BSkwash%2BVelvet%2BPumpkins.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-bysNoJ1yfrU/VCscGOUMLLI/AAAAAAAABrA/OsusZkZzaHo/s1600/Hot%2BSkwash%2BVelvet%2BPumpkins.jpg" height="320" width="256" /></a></div>
<br />
Let's start with our indoor pumpkins. Aren't these Hot Skwash Velvet Pumpkins cute? You can find these at neimanmarcus.com and searching for the name. The prices are between $20 and $45.00 each depending on the size. This could be fun to create yourself. Go check them out.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-5iTZ4xayH_g/VCsc24zXVdI/AAAAAAAABrI/SIlnD5XCCa0/s1600/Golden%2BTwig%2BHurricanes.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-5iTZ4xayH_g/VCsc24zXVdI/AAAAAAAABrI/SIlnD5XCCa0/s1600/Golden%2BTwig%2BHurricanes.jpg" height="320" width="256" /></a></div>
<br />
Aren't these hurricanes wonderful? I think that you might be able to use these for more than just fall decorating. Search neimanmarcus.com for Golden Twig Hurricanes if you're interested in looking at them a little closer. The pricing is between $130 and $180 for each hurricane. I really like them and may look to see if I can find some interesting twigs to kinda duplicate this look without spending a lot of money. I'm sure the dollar store has inexpensive clear hurricanes.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lVYxKyd_Rfk/VCseGfAOkZI/AAAAAAAABrU/OFG2QO-_r1o/s1600/Bountiful.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-lVYxKyd_Rfk/VCseGfAOkZI/AAAAAAAABrU/OFG2QO-_r1o/s1600/Bountiful.jpg" height="320" width="256" /></a></div>
<br />
Although this picture is really showcasing the garland, I think the runner under it is more interesting. How easy would that be to duplicate? Just decide the length and width, then find the burlap, and spend a little bit of time making the fringe. You can get a closer look at both the runner and the garland by going to neimanmarcus.com and searching for Bountiful Harvest 6' Garland.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-gho83d-JdZ8/VCsfm-pOAjI/AAAAAAAABrk/MOQ4r-3eV6Y/s1600/img55o.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-gho83d-JdZ8/VCsfm-pOAjI/AAAAAAAABrk/MOQ4r-3eV6Y/s1600/img55o.jpg" height="288" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
Here's a quick and easy way to change the seasonal décor. Just change the pillow covers. Pillows are fairly easy to make. I always pick the pillow size and then cut the cover the same size. For the pillow back you will want to add a closure of some type. I prefer zippers. Here's a <a href="http://sewingdaily.blogspot.com/2009/05/tutorial-for-pillow-zipper.html" target="_blank">Pillow Zipper</a> tutorial that explains how I do the back (click on the name). To see this particular pillow, go to potterybarn.com and search for Hunter Plaid Pillow Covers.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-wVFDu-IKINc/VCsg5PD6uII/AAAAAAAABrs/EKUEw_CTPdg/s1600/gather.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-wVFDu-IKINc/VCsg5PD6uII/AAAAAAAABrs/EKUEw_CTPdg/s1600/gather.jpg" height="288" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
How about this fun little pillow? Again, this would be easy to do. If you wanted to the embroidery, it could be a take along item or you could make it even easier and use fabric markers to make the word on the cover front. This pillow is also found at potterybarn.com.<br />
<br />
Hope your inspired to create something wonderful!<br />
<br />
Happy Stitching!<br />

Did you know there is 106 days till Christmas? Christmas always seems like a long way off but isn't. How soon do you need to have gifts ready? <br />

Included with this pattern is 1/4 yard of Heat N Bond Lite and 1/2 yard package of the Soft and Stable in white. This is enough to create one bucket. Want to make more than one? Just ask about increasing the quantities of the Heat N Bond Lite and the Soft and Stable. <br />
