Early Fall Inspiration, more sales

Those early fall collections are arriving. Here's a little inspiration for the fall:

The Brodie Plaid Dress by Marc Jacobs. A little 60s styled dress in olive/teal plaid with a little ruffle around the neck and slit pockets. Fabric is a silk/wool blend. Price Tag: $458.00. Use the link to zoom in and look at the details.

Of course a summery fabric would work in this style also.

I think you could get a similar look using the Sabrina Tunic pattern by Serendipity Studios. You would need to measure the neckline and multiple by 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 to create the ruffle.

There's a sale going on....

If you haven't been to the eBay store lately, there is a sale going on. The Petersham ribbon and buttons are 10% off. Vanilla House Designs patterns and Paradiso Designs patterns are 5% off.

Check out the "What's New" section. Many items have been restocked and there is a few new items, too. Don't forget to check out the new bag kit using the Tag Along Tote pattern by Atkinson Designs and the Chi-Chi fabrics by Studio E Fabrics.
