Look at this lovely dress by Phillip Lim. It was in the pre-fall collection at Neiman Marcus' online. I love the bias pleating at the waist/hip and at the neckline. The asymetrical top is interesting also. This dress is $650.00. Vogue Designer Bellville Sassoon has several patterns with similar details at the waist/hip area.
